My major is Mass communication –Broadcast Journalism. It was such an amazing and unforgettable experience, proud to be in this team and it’s just the beginning.I took the opportunity to be in the Directing department where I found is so interesting. This experience opened my eye to the media industry in real life and let me know more about directing in a soap opera project. I learned almost everything related to what’s being done before filming a scene, whether it is preparing the order, camera angels, racor, proofread the actors dialogue, etc

Specifically, I worked for the props department and I have learned how it’s s a very important part behind the shooting, and also to be part of the props team the main characteristic you need to have is to be detail oriented. I am proud andglad to get the opportunity to be part of the team

I’m interested in photography, modeling, videography, TV presenting and anything that is related to media field. I graduated as a Graphic designer, which is different from video production, but I’m interested in both. I took part in the production team of the inheritance soap opera. What I liked the most is that I got to know amazing people and spent memorable days

Rama Alaa

My name is Rama, I’m an SAE Dubai graduate. I did a degree in filmmaking because storytelling is my passion. I write and draw in my free (and, admittedly, not so free) time, andwould love to write and direct my own films one day.The internship experience was definitely an eye-opener in many ways. It allowed me to experience the professional industry and gave me the opportunity to work with individuals from all kinds of different backgrounds. I was able to network and meet new people and form connections with the other interns as well as apply some of the skills I learned when I was a student.I learned how film and TV sets differed, and how the crew roles were slightly alteredbetween the two. I learned to work with sound equipment, improved my understanding of cameras and was able to observe, first hand, how the directors interacted with the actors, the scheduling process that took place on set and how the crew functioned as awhole.
